Payment

We accept most major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All credit card transactions are encrypted and secure, we do not store your information on this website.

Shipping

We typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days.

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

We ship all orders from our USA factory. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:

  • USA - Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada - Within 4-7 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-7 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Within 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-12 business days

These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped and you may track the delivery status here. (Please check your spam or junk folder for the notification email if you do not see it in your inbox)

Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and the updated address. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Cancellation & Exchanges

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please contact our customer service team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

Please contact our customer service team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked.

Currently, we only ship within the United States and shipping is free. However, we hope to expand delivery to more countries in the near future. Please contact us here to find out if shipping is available for your country.
All orders will be processed and shipped via USPS within 2 to 5 business days & will take another 2-5 business days to deliver. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has shipped.

Returns

You can request for a return and full refund within 14 days after receiving your item if the product arrives damaged, defective or wrong item delivered. We will pay for the return shipping costs and no restocking fee will be charged.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
